As a licensed psychotherapist I prefer to engage with clients who struggle to live with grief, trauma, and struggling to stay substance free. Regardless if its self-medicating, co-dependence, sexuality, trauma, grief and loss, or life stages that are keeping you trapped from living the life you desire; change can only occur by learning to modify dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors and identifying the relationship between the two. Once the individual can identify modify and change the patterns of maladaptive thinking and behavior, positive change can occur.

I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma related disorders, from mild to severe. I work with my clients through barriers that prohibit them to live the life they struggle from living. I use a holistic approach and integrate person centered and psychodynamic modalities that assist the individual to achieve the life they desire.

If you are ready to shift how you cope by recognizing negative patterns and replace with healthier ways of thinking while gaining positive coping skills and strategies, please reach out for a free phone consultation to assess needs and explore compatibility
